New York Knicks Give Back

The New York Knicks announced they will donate hundreds of free NBA Finals tickets to underserved youth and families across New York City through the Garden of Dreams Foundation. Garden of Dreams plans to provide 250 tickets for each home Finals game at Madison Square Garden. The initiative will give many young fans the opportunity to experience the NBA Finals in person despite the skyrocketing ticket prices that have made games inaccessible for many families. The Garden of Dreams Foundation, which has supported more than 480,000 young people since 2006, partners with community organizations throughout the tri-state area to create opportunities and experiences for children facing adversity. The New York Knicks say they wanted to make sure underserved youth can be part of this historic moment as the team makes its first NBA Finals appearance since 1999.
