After stepping back from the spotlight in 2023 to focus on his mental health—battling Tourette’s and severe anxiety—Lewis Capaldi credited therapy as the key to “being a musician again.” Now, in partnership with BetterHelp, he's giving back in a big way: donating 734,000 hours of free online therapy—representing 1,000 hours for each day he was off stage. His surprise return to live performances this summer, including Glastonbury and BST Hyde Park, marked a triumphant comeback. Capaldi’s message is clear: it’s okay not to be okay, and seeking support can be life-changing. His initiative doesn’t just spotlight mental health—it actively helps those who need it most, offering fans both hope and healing.
