May is Mental Health Awareness Month. There are a lot of tips and tricks to help prioritize your mental health this month and always. Practicing gratitude can help ground us and remind us of the positive things going on, despite how low we may feel. Showing acts of kindness to others can help us feel better in return. Exercising, eating healthy, and maintaining good sleep habits are all correlated with better mental health.
