Debbie Pearl’s passion for dogs led her to start Dream Fetchers— an organization that connects special needs dogs with similarly challenged people. Pearl herself has adopted eight dogs, who travel around as a pack called the Unstoppable Dogs. Peedy, Pop, Zeek, Little Eddie, Elliot, Stevia, Rudy, and Sydney all came from abusive backgrounds but continue to be happy, loving, and empathetic dogs despite their various disabilities. The Huntington Beach, California based crew makes people smile on their walks everyday, and inspires people to not let their differences and hardships define them. The Unstoppable Dogs will be featured in Walkin’ Pets’ 2024 calendar, which raises money to provide mobility products to disabled pets.
