Georgie Grier, an actress based in London, performed her one woman show “Sunsets” at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe to an audience of only one person. Grier took to social media to share her disappointment at the low turnout, and her post garnered an outpouring of love and encouragement from people around the world, including celebrities and fellow actors. The next day, Grier stepped on stage for another performance of “Sunsets” to find a completely packed house. The experience inspired Grier to push through the challenging times of being a performer, and she’s looking forward to continuing with her one woman show.
